Allentown and Lehigh Valley area Table Tennis Club is in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA.

Our address is 415 South 15th Street, Allentown, PA 18102

Our table tennis club was founded in 1972 in a church in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Hungarian 'chopper' Karl Szakacs was our inspiration. We moved to more churches and eventually settled at the Allentown YMCA / YWCA for the past 21 years.

Coordinator / Treasurer Fred Kistler has been the glue to ALVaTTC's continued progress & existence.

Our club President Noga Nir-Kistler was the USA number 1 Paralympic female table tennis player and World ranked number 8 and represented the USA in the 2008 Paralympics in Beijing, China.

Visitors are welcome at our club and the cost is $5.00 per session.

We are open Tuesdays & Fridays 6:40pm - 9:55pm.

We use Stiga / Harvard table tennis tables with six for play nights and 14 for USATT tournaments.

We have great lighting and a tiled floor.

We have around 15-20 players on average and we hold a USATT tournament in July together with bi-monthly 'club' tournaments.

Allentown and Lehigh Valley area Table Tennis Club has friendly people and everyone has the opportunity to play all ability level players, with doubles play a favourite of many.

Coaching is offered part-time only and off-site by two USATT 'Certified' Coaches.

However, it's run by one person only (Martin Hughes) and has high running costs that need to be paid for.

Affiliate links*

Affiliate links are links to other web sites who sell related table tennis products.

These work in the same way as normal links, but when you click on it, the link is tracked to AATT and, if you make a purchase, may generate a small payment to me.

They do not cost you anything to use, and any products you choose to buy will not cost you any more than if you went directly to that web site.

These are principally links to Megaspin, Amazon and Bribar, but may include others from time to time.

These links are identified by having an asterisk (*) by its side.
